Can you only add instant templates to the beginning or end of the video? What I do with my videos, is have me talking, and then wanted to do a little 'intro' video.

Figured it out! So what I had to do(in case anyone doesn't want to be restricted to using templates only during exact middle, exact beginning, or exact end), is open a new project. And then drag the template into the storyboard(or timeline, tomato tomahto), and now your video is the template. You click File and then Export as Template. And then it'll save in your custom files when you go back to the Instant Project Tab, and you can put it anywhere you want in the video! Happy editing!
Edit: I thought for sure that would work, and it still insists on right at the beginning or right at the end! What I'm going to do is copy and paste every part of the template, and then paste it to where I want it to go. I'll come back and let you know if this was successful or not.
Edit: Well, I figured out how to get an intro instant project template, and put it wherever you want. Open it up in it's own project. Add your pictures and videos, and change the title, or get rid of the title. Save it as an MP4 video(or whatever video file you prefer), and then import it into your main file project. What I wanted, was my videos to be attached to overlay the moving pictures, but without tediously going frame by frame, and giving myself a migraine, it's not going to happen, but it's not impossible. I am going to find an intro that'll let me do what I want, and get this video on the road! I discovered, what I wanted, was placeholders in spots in the instant projects that there weren't placeholders. So when you're previewing the instant projects, the numbered items are the placeholders, and those are the things where you can add your own pictures and videos.
